Our flyover charter went out of Soldotna and flew to Wolverine Creek. Brandon did this last year, so he stayed back to fish Reds on the Kenai with Al. I went with Jon and Jone. Murray, Kathy, and Susan were out on another boat. We had so much fun. We saw 7 bears total, 5 adults and 2 babies. We saw a mother bear nursing her cubs, a bear fight, and had a bear walking on his hind legs in the water right around our boat. We also all limited on reds. Such a fun day. Jon and Jone were a lot of fun, Jone took a big hook to the nose and was a very good sport! You may notice the picture of Sarah Palin, not everyone gets to fish with Sarah Palin while she is filming an outdoor special! It was a great start to our trip.

You where that close to a polititian and a bear at the same time and you didn't get eaten alive? CRAZY! Aaron thinks you are SO lucky to have been that close to a real bear. They are so cute! Looks like you guys had an awesome time!
